A concentrated block of counsel when something has to be ready fast: a data room, a contract stack, a policy set. Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed end date.

Bespoke legal services
Work that falls outside the other three models or the scope of another service, including local counsel for firms and companies litigating here. Billed by the hour, with the scope and the running total in front of you.
