Straight answers
What if the work spikes one month?
Flat means flat. We re-baseline together at the quarterly review if the shape of the work has genuinely changed and never as a surprise line on an invoice.
Do you bill in six-minute increments?
Only for bespoke work that falls outside our three main models, and then with an estimate up front. Everything else is flat monthly or fixed-fee per matter.
Can you take one project instead of a retainer?
Yes. Fixed-fee project work is available for formations, financings, and one-off agreements.
What happens if we outgrow you?
We build a legal function that transfers cleanly and is documented, organized, and ready for the in-house counsel you eventually hire.
