Cookie policy

Effective dateAugust 17, 2026
Version1.0

This policy lists the cookies this site can set, what each category does, and how to change your choice. You can reopen your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can recognize your session or count a visit. Some are required for the site to function; the rest are optional and require your consent before they are set.

Strictly necessary

These keep the site secure and working: they maintain your session, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, remember your cookie choice, and balance server load. They set no advertising identifiers and cannot be switched off.

Analytics

Optional, and off unless you accept. We use Google Analytics, which stores a cookie containing a randomly generated identifier and records the pages you visit and how you reached the site. Google processes this on our behalf. Google states that Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.

We do not use this to identify you personally, and we do not connect it to any matter. Google Analytics is the only optional cookie this site sets: we run no advertising, campaign, or retargeting cookies of any kind.

Changing your choice

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change categories at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, which will reset your choice and bring the banner back on your next visit.

Third-party cookies

Our client portal and scheduling tool are operated by third parties and set their own cookies once you follow a link into them. Their policies govern those cookies; we do not receive their contents.
