Rob Notari

Rob graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Information Technology and has worked with emerging technology for over fifteen years. Ten of those were in the Navy, where he flew helicopters, led a portfolio of aviation programs, and served as chief legal advisor to his commanding officer, handling investigations, charges, administrative proceedings, and congressional inquiries for a 280-person workforce. That was where advising a decision-maker under real pressure stopped being theory.

He earned his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School in Entrepreneurship and Data Analytics, then spent four years as a certified project manager at a multinational defense contractor, where he led a large strategic opportunity, co-negotiated a three-party teaming agreement, and directed a cross-functional team of eighteen. Rob knows how to take a company from idea to funding to scale, and how to operationalize the processes that carry it.

Rob earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, served on the Law Review, and published on integrating autonomous urban air mobility vehicles into the national airspace system. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Karen Gren Scholer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is comfortable advising where the product is ahead of the regulation, and as a veteran he brings his experience to his work with veteran-owned and technology-focused companies.
